FJ Turner Co. began in 1977 when founder Frank J. Turner was stuck in traffic watching crews struggle to adjust manholes. He saw a clear need for a faster, safer, more efficient approach, so he created the Turner-Hall Method.
By using light composite rings to quickly adjust manholes and water valves, he solved many common issues around installation and durability. Today, Frank’s son James Turner draws from his firsthand experience as a heavy equipment operator and paving foreman to ensure our solutions measure up.
