A FEW EASY STEPS

// STEP ONE

Remove the cover from the manhole or water valve frame, and clean around the frame so it’s clear of any asphalt or debris.

// STEP TWO

Select the appropriate size riser for your dimensions, and place the ring into the frame, ensuring the bottom of the riser is seated on the frame. Any gap between the riser and frame seat voids the weight rating.

// STEP THREE

Slide your cover into the new ring. That’s it. 
Your adjustment is complete.

// NOTE

You can install the riser before or after resurfacing. Whether you’re using risers ahead of paving or to adjust the grade after paving, the contractor should follow the same three steps above.
